WELCOME

Welcome to Hanu Ola

A private home salon nestled in a quiet neighborhood where women can receive gentle, restorative care in a safe, appointment only space.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, our treatments blend Tui Na meridian massage, herbal aromatherapy oils, and focused Gua Sha therapy to eliminate stagnation and restore flow.

Each session begins with a thoughtful consultation, including dietary and lifestyle guidance to support inner balance because true healing begins from within.

What does “Hanu Ola” mean?

The name Hanu Ola comes from the Hawaiian language, where

“Hanu” means breath

“Ola” means living or life

While the phrase holds many layers of meaning, my personal image of it is rooted in this:

By gently restoring the breath, we reconnect with the gift of being alive.

Through this awareness, I hope to help women cultivate a body and mind that can pause, feel gratitude, and embrace the small joys of everyday life.

A Message to My Guests

In my 40s, I went through a period of persistent discomfort and imbalance. With nutritional therapy and gradual lifestyle changes, I slowly regained my health.

This journey led me to support other women in midlife helping them restore vitality through bodywork and mindful living.

As women, we often carry many roles: raising children, caring for parents, supporting our families. In the midst of it all, we may lose touch with our own bodies pushing through fatigue without pause.

When the quiet desire to reclaim time for yourself arises, I hope you’ll honor it. It’s a gentle signal that your body and heart are ready to be heard.

At Hanu Ola, I offer treatments rooted in traditional Chinese medicine: Tui Na meridian massage and herbal aroma oils. These gentle therapies help restore circulation, balance your rhythm, and support emotional clarity.

Discomfort may be your body’s way of asking for care. By listening inward, you begin a new chapter of healing.

It would be my honor to support you so each day may be lived with lightness, joy, and a smile from within.
